How Refusal Protection Works
Visa applications can be refused for reasons beyond anyone's control. Security flags, nationality-based reviews, or government-side processing issues can all result in a refusal even when the application itself is perfect.
If your visa is refused and you purchased Refusal Protection, you receive a full refund of the processing/service fee. If you did not purchase it, no refund of the service fee is issued.
Refusal Protection must be added at the time of application, before submission. It cannot be purchased retroactively. It does not cover refusals caused by false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the applicant.

📒 Travel with the Same Passport
Your eVisa is linked to the passport number you provided. If you get a new passport after approval, the eVisa becomes invalid and you will need to apply again.
✈️ Enter Through a Designated Port
India accepts the eVisa at 28 airports and 5 seaports, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Goa, and Kochi. You cannot enter by land border on an eVisa.
📅 Respect Your Stay Limits
30-day visa: 30 days max. 1-year/5-year visa: 90 days per visit for most nationalities, 180 days for US, UK, Canadian, and Japanese nationals. Overstaying is a serious offence.
📄 Keep Your eVisa Accessible
You may be asked to show it at hotel check-in, domestic flights, or by local authorities. Carry both a printed copy and a digital copy on your phone throughout your trip.
