Not a Government Website

VisaIn.in is a commercial visa assistance service operated by TravelRox. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Government of India, the Ministry of External Affairs, the Bureau of Immigration, or any other government department or agency.

The official Indian eVisa portal is indianvisaonline.gov.in. Applicants may apply for an India eVisa directly through the official government portal without using our service. Our service is entirely optional and exists to provide convenience, expert application review, and dedicated customer support.

Service Fee Disclosure

Our pricing includes:

Government visa fee — the mandatory fee charged by the Government of India for eVisa processing
Service fee — our charge for application assistance, expert review, error checking, and customer support
Bank/payment processing charges — third-party transaction fees

The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount you will pay. There are no hidden fees. Our service fee is charged in addition to the government visa fee. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

While we review every application for completeness and accuracy before submission, we cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made solely by the Government of India at their absolute discretion. Factors such as travel history, nationality, security considerations, and other criteria determined by Indian immigration authorities may affect the outcome of your application.

We are not responsible for any visa refusal, delay, or revocation by the Government of India.

Refusal Protection & Refund Policy

VisaIn.in offers an optional Refusal Protection add-on that clients may purchase at the time of application. If a client has purchased Refusal Protection and their visa application is subsequently refused by the Government of India, the processing/service fee will be refunded.

Please note the following conditions:

Refusal Protection must be purchased before the application is submitted. It cannot be added retroactively.
Refusal Protection covers the service/processing fee only. Government visa fees and third-party payment processing charges are not refundable.
Refusal Protection does not apply if the application is rejected due to false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
If Refusal Protection has not been purchased, no refund of the service fee will be issued in the event of a visa refusal.
